6/23 Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

All Football Players (Grades 9-12) will be held at the High School this summer every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6:00-8:00 am


Workouts will start Monday June 23rd 6:00am. Weightlifting testing will take place when camp starts, August 15th.. This will include Bench, Squat, Clean, Deadlift, 40 times, shuttle run & Broad Jump. Awards will be given to the 1,000 lb club and pound for pound strongest Bombardier.
