Summer Strength & Conditioning Program

Varsity sessions (Grades 10-12) will be held at the High School this summer every Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6:00-8:00 am.


Freshman sessions will be held at the High School this summer every Tuesday & Thursday from 6:00-8:00 am.


Workouts will start Monday June 17th 6:00am. Weightlifting testing will take place when camp starts, August 16th..

This will include Bench, Squat, Clean, Deadlift, 40 times, shuttle run & Broad Jump.

Awards will be given to the 1,000 lb club and pound for pound strongest Bombardier.
