Summer Strength & Conditioning Program 6/21

Sessions will be held at the High School this summer every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6:30 - 8:30 AM. These sessions are for all incomming Freshmen through Senior players.

Workouts will start Wedneday June 21st 6:30AM. Weightlifting testing will take place the week of August 7th. This will include Bench, Squat, Deadlift, 40 times, shuttle run & 400. Awards will be given to the 1,000lb club and pount for pound strongest Bombardier.
